Meet Elvira
I am a Green Witch, my journey is about the bridging
of spirituality and healing with the power, passion and playfulness of life. This magical life
has opened many doors and has led me to work on many different levels of my being. By
being myself naturally through self-exploration, bravely taking creative actions while being
open to what the natural world is offering and living fully in the moment.
I have fond memories of growing up in my mother’s garden on the North Atlantic Coast. I remember running wild in the woods and fields, wild crafting berries, flowers and rocks, playing in the streams, climbing trees, [even to see the porcupine's nest], trips to the ocean and being fascinated by the fireflies. I was a shy mischievous dare devil with a grand passion for animals, plants and the natural world. I have become a healer to all beings of the Earth, with the knowledge that we are all interconnected beings that deserve grace and respect. My inspiration comes from an interior rhythm that flows within me and all the wonders of magic, mystical and spirit.
Plant spirit healer with a unique perspective on the healing arts given to me by my warm
style and varied background.
Over the years I have done a wide variety of things: horse trainer, riding instructor, farm manager, soccer instructor, veterinary technician specializing in emergency care, avian and exotic animals, certified animal nutritionalist, researcher and composer of health education material. In my practice I blend my skills and knowledge as witch, herbalist, nutritionalist and apothecarius with the skills I have learned througout all my careers and life experiences.
I am still the wild child. However a little less mischievous and a lot less dare devil. I still
come home with twigs in my hair, my fingers stained with berries and my body covered in mud,
clay or swamp goo. My work allows me to spend many glorious hours in the gardens, the
deserts, the mountains, the forests, the fields and meadows.
I look forward to working with you.
