Statement of Informed Disclosure
Elvira Floran-Bernier is a Certified Herbalist and Certified Nutritionist her consultations are educational providing information about holistic techniques of healthcare that is beneficial for the client's entire health. As a client, you take responsibility for the use of any herbs recommended.

Herbs can sometimes cause discomfort or side effects. I ask you to stop taking any suggested herbs immediately if such effects or discomfort occurs, and to notify Elvira immediately.

Any information discussed with Elvira during interviews will be held in strict confidence. Exceptions to this are information regarding impending suicide, homicide, child abuse or animal abuse.

Elvira's services do not replace those of a licensed physician.

Lateness and Cancellations Policy
Please call us at least 24 hours ahead to cancel an appointment and call us the day of the appointment if you'll be more than 5-10 minutes late.

I try to be flexible enough to deal with last minute emergencies and traffic issues, otherwise, I need to start the clock at your appointed time to accommodate my other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late your session may have to be cancelled or postponed.

If you do not call, your missed appointment may be billed.

Payment
Payments are due upon services rendered.

Products
Products are made in small batches with the best, organic, ethically wild crafted by Elvira. All Packaging in refillable, recyclable or compostable. I offer discounts for refills and encourage composting.

Returns & Refunds
Products, are designed specifically for my client's there are no returns or refunds.

Acceptable Use
No persons may use www.elvirabearessence.com facilities, services, products or capabilities to conduct, or solicit the performance of any illegal activity, or to conduct any other activity which infringes on the rights of www.elvirabearessence.com, it's artists or any third party.

Refusal of service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person at our sole discretion.

Indemnification
Client agrees to defend, indemnify, save and hold www.elvirabearessence.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorneys fees asserted against www.elvirabearessence.com, it's agents, it's distributors, it's customers, officers and employees that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by the client, its agents, employees or assigns. Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold www.elvirabearessence.com harmless against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement.

With humble apology to those of the legal profession... in plain English, the indemnification means that if you do something because of our products/services or with our products/services - intentionally or not - and cause harm to any third party, we are not liable. You are.
